Welcome to Boostechsol. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before starting a project.
1. Services Provided
Boostechsol offers professional services including:
- Website Design & Development
- Shopify Store Design & Development
- SEO & Local SEO Services
- Social Media Marketing
- Graphic & Visual Design
- Website Support & Maintenance
All services are delivered based on the agreed project scope, timeline, and specifications.
2. Payment Terms
- 50% upfront payment is required before project commencement.
- Remaining 50% payment is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, or other mutually agreed channels.
- Delay in payment may result in project suspension until cleared.
3. Project Scope & Deliverables
- Project details, milestones, and deliverables will be clearly documented in the agreement.
- Any modifications beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
- Boostechsol commits to timely delivery but is not responsible for delays caused by client-provided content, access, or materials.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
- Text, images, branding elements, and access to hosting, domains, or Shopify stores.
- Clear instructions and approvals for each stage of the project.
Delayed or missing information from clients may affect the delivery timeline.
5. Revisions & Feedback
- Boostechsol includes [X] revisions within the project scope.
- Additional revisions beyond this limit will be billed separately.
6. Confidentiality
- All client data, project files, and sensitive information will remain confidential.
- Boostechsol will not share materials without explicit written consent, except for portfolio or case study purposes (unless an NDA is signed).
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all project deliverables (website, graphics, designs, source files).
- Boostechsol retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio or marketing materials unless a separate confidentiality agreement is in place.
9. Warranty & Support
- Boostechsol offers a [X]-day warranty period for bug fixes or minor updates after project delivery.
- Ongoing support and maintenance are provided under a separate agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Boostechsol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Clients use the delivered services at their discretion.
11. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
